Before the school year begins, to be paid:

Registration Fee

CHF 500.- for every new student, payable at the time of registration and non-refundable.

Lunch Meals

CHF 3,000.- VAT included for the school year.

• Pack: Tuition fees for textbooks, activity books and digital books, educational materials and IT environment, class photos: CHF 800.- for the school year for all classes.
• Foreign languages other than English, German, Italian, and Spanish: to be defined upon request, assessed, and included in the school report.

• School-organized outings and extracurricular activities
• Accident, health, and liability insurance (mandatory)
• Damages caused by students

Family Discounts

• A discount of CHF 400.- is granted with the payment option in one installment.
• A 25% discount is granted from the 2nd child on the tuition amount when siblings attend Toepffer school simultaneously.

Financial Conditions

• Registration (or re-registration) is recorded upon receipt of the completed and signed form. The tuition contract is validated after signing, payment of the Tuition Fees Pack (CHF 800.-), and for new students, after payment of the registration fee (CHF 500.-).

• For tuition payment in one installment, the payment must be made no later than the day before the school year starts.

• For tuition payment in three installments, the deadlines are as follows: the first payment must be made no later than the day before the school year starts, the second before December 31, and the third before March 31.

• For tuition payment in ten installments, the deadlines are as follows: the first payment must be made no later than the day before the school year starts, then before the 1st of each month.

• The registration fee as well as the Tuition Fees Pack will remain retained by the school in case of cancellation, regardless of the reasons.

• In case of non-payment within the given deadlines, the management reserves the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect.

• In case of cancellation of registration less than one month before the start of the school year, the full tuition for the first quarter remains due and payable.

• In case of early departure or expulsion of the student during the school year, the full tuition for the current month and compensation equivalent to 3 months of tuition will be due and payable.

• Renewal of registration from one year to the next is subject to compliance with financial obligations contracted with our school.

• By signing the tuition contract, parents (or the legal representative) approve the school's general regulations and commit to respecting our pricing conditions.

• In case of dispute, the legal venue is in Geneva.
